Luana Mallet is a song writer and singer who loves jazz and brazilian music.

 

In 2013, the song "Longe" (composed by Luana with the singer Ana Carolina and the violinist Glauco Fernandes) was released on the radio and YouTube.

 

In 2014, Luana was invited to the TV show "Compositores Unidos" at Canal Brasil to sing "Quem", a song she wrote with the singer Jorge Vercillo. Still in 2014, Luana Mallet releases the "SemiAcústica" EP, designs the costume for the play "O Pequeno Príncipe" ("The Little Prince") at Theatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro and premieres as an actress in the role of Prince's Rose.

In 2015, the song "Quem" was released on the album "Vida É Arte" by Jorge Vercillo in a duet acclaimed by radio stations throughout the country.

 

In 2016, besides the authoral work, Luana presents the show "Divino Maravilhoso" and joins the most traditional jazz night in Rio de Janeiro, "Jazz At The Maze".

 

In 2017, she released the singles "Carnaval" and "Ela", in January 2018 the single "Vai Passar" with arrangements by Adriano Souza and string arrangements by Glauco Fernandes - all tracks are available on the main digital music platforms. Also in 2018, Luana sang on the tv show "International Jazz Day Brazil" by Canal Brasil and debuted the show "Tribute to Emilio Santiago" at Blue Note Rio with Emílio Santiago's band.

 

Every wednesday, Luana presents a repertoire of jazz and bossa nova standards with José Arimatéa (trumpet) and Luiz Otávio (piano) at Le Dépanneur Leblon.
